MY background
My undergraduate and postgraduate (MPhil) research used food-based approaches to increase micronutrient intake with the focus being children. I passionately hope to acquire skills and knowledge to enable me to assist families to identify and adopt dietary patterns to improve micronutrient intake in children.
MY SKILLSET
What I love to do.
Leadership and Mentoring
In the same way I have been mentored by incredible leaders, I strive to do the same to keep the continuation of knowledge and virtue.
Being Kind to Others
Showing kindness to all people can go a long way to turning their lives around. You may forget but they would never forget.
Creative Thinking
Wanting to do things differently starts with being creative in your thinking. This is a key part of research - thinking outside the box.
Persistence and Perseverance
Reaching the top can never be as easy as the world makes it seem. The more we push the closer we are to our destinations.
Projects
Check out my Work
Take a sneak peak at both the academic and extracurricular projects I have participated in. The majority of my work in my field are related to research and fieldwork. You may find something of interest.
“Elizabeth is a kind and warmhearted person who is very skilled at whatever she does. In her work with my kids, I realized her ineptness with the meal plans she put together. I must say my kids eat better and are growing very nicely”
